This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 28.08.2024 in Crl.OP.No.20774 of 2024 directing the petitioner to report before the jurisdictional Magistrate every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that P.R.C.No.93 of 2024 has been assigned before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and the next hearing date has also been fixed on 10.12.2024 before the trial Court.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20774 of 2024 on 28.08.2024 in 6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on 10.12.2024 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court concerned.
