Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal bearing No.2018/9005/01/102018/0130, dated 31.01.2018 filed by the petitioner pending before the first respondent and dispose the appeal on merits after giving opportunity to the petitioner within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court. 2. The petitioners filed appeals for enhancement of compensation before the first respondent and it is pending.

Considering above, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioners dated 31.01.2018, 31.01.2018 and 30.10.2019, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
