This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the interim order dated 08.11.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31763 of 2017 and W.M.P.No.34907 of 2017 has not been complied with.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this contempt petition to be adjudicated upon further, in view of the order passed by the Division Bench remanding the matter to CESTAT.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
