ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The allegation that, while raising construction, the private respondent has not left open spaces is essentially a matter for consideration of the Corporation, which had granted building

permission.

3. The petitioner claims to be a person residing adjacent to the plot of respondent No.3. That by itself will not give her locus.

4. Leaving it open for the Corporation to consider the grievance ventilated in the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
