[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Alleging that her husband Murugan Sivanguru and her brother-in-law Raja are in the illegal custody of respondents, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

2. Today, Mr.K.S.Mathialagan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Minsurutti Police Station, [Mobile No.: 94981 59667], is present.

3. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Murugan Sivanguru and Raja were earlier arrested by the Inspector of Police in Chittoor P.S.Crime No.322 of 2022 for offences u/s.380 and 457 IPC and were remanded in judicial custody. Since they were wanted in connection with Minsurutti P.S. Crime No.287 of 2022 for the offences u/s.457 and 380 IPC, the Inspector of Police, Minsurutti Police Station, took steps to have them brought under PT warrant and they were produced before the Judicial Magistrate III, Jayankondam, on 15.12.2022 and remanded them in custody 2/4

in Minsurutti P.S. Crime No.287 of 2022. Since they are already under detention in Chittoor P.S.Crime No.322 of 2022, they are now being sent back to the District Jail, Chittoor.
