This Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 read with Order XXV Rule 6 of O.S. Rules, seeking Succession Certificate to the 1st Petitioner with power to collect the Debts and to receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule to the Petition. 2.The deceased Mrs.Pyarijan Ghori is the mother of the Petitioners herein, who died on 30.05.2021 at her ordinary residency at Old No.55, New No.3 Y Block, 8th Street Anna Nagar, Chennai. The husband of Mrs.Pyarijan Ghori had predeceased her on 20.03.2004. The deceased Mrs.Pyarijan Ghori died intestate on 30.05.2021 leaving behind Mr.Ismail Khan Ghori (Son), Mrs.Akther Fathima Ghori (Daughter) and Mrs.Jamesha Hussaina (Daughter), the Petitioners herein as her only Class I legal heirs. The deceased Mrs.

Pyarijan Ghori has left behind certain shares which are under the portfolio management of Franklin Templeton. 3.After following due procedure, the Petitioners were invited to tender evidence. The first Petitioner was examined as PW1 and Ex.P1 to Ex.P.
