This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22526 of 2023 dated 04.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily once at 10.30a.m., for a period of 10 days and weekly once on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
