This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 24.01.2019 made in W.P.No.1155 of 2019.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that, the orders of this Court, though belatedly, has been complied with and orders to that effect has been passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned on 23.02.2023. Learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the said order before this Court.

3. The said factor is not controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
