This petition is filed to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the CMA against M.C.O.P.No.74 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special Sub Judge), Krishnagiri, dated 04.04.2022.

2.Though notice has been served, none appeared on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3.Mr.M.B.Raghavan, learned counsel entered appearance for the fourth respondent.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed, subject to the appellant paying an amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of Samarpana Centre for Human Service, 10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Kolathur, Chennai-99 on or before 21.11.2023.

5.Post the matter on 21.11.2023 under the caption "for reporting compliance".
