This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10384 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13532 of 2023 dated 28.07.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once, for two months on any working day at 10.30a.m., and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
