2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both the petitions stated that a mistake has crept into the paragraph No.3 of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 23.11.2023. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in both the petition, the paragraph No.3 of the order dated 23.11.2023 is to be read as follows:

"Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in both the petition is modified to the effect that the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23689 of 2023 shall report before the Judicial Magistrate II, Kallakurichi, on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23688 of 2023 shall report before the Judicial Magistrate I, Ulundurpet, on second and fourth Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
