ORDER

The petitioner is the wife and she is residing at Tiruvotriyur. she seeks transfer of the proceedings initiated in H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2022 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram to the Family Court at Chennai.

2. The case of the petitioner is that, she is an unemployed house wife and she is unable to travel from Tondiarpet to Chengalpattu. She would state that the distance is about 45 Kms from her place of residence at Thiruvottiyur to Tambaram. Considering the inconvenience that was caused to her, she has sought for the transfer of the case from Tambaram to Chennai.

3. Notice had been issued to the respondent. Mr.G.Pugalenthi entered appearance on behalf of the respondent. He states that his client has no objection for the transfer of the proceedings from Tambaram to Chennai. Therefore, I am inclined to allow the application. Page No 2 of 4

4. Accordingly, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2022 which is now pending on the file of the Subordinate Court at Tambaram is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.
