This Criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant against the 3rd respondent/accused and produce before the Court in Judicial magistrate No.1, Chengalpet pending trial in CC.No.818 of 2019. 2.Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the first respondent police will take effective steps to execute the NBW and file a report to the concerned Court. 4.In view of the above representation made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court directed the first respondent police to take effective steps to execute the Non Bailable Warrant and file a report before the Judicial magistrate No.1, Chengalpet within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
