This Civil Revision has been filed to direct the Principal District Mun­ sif, Gingee to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.33 of 2012.

2. Brief facts which are necessary for the disposal of this Civil Revi­ sion Petition are as follows:- The petitioner, having purchased the property through a Court auction and having been in lawful possession for a long time, is put to unnecessary sufferings and hardships. The long pendency of the suit is being an impedi­ ment for the rightful enjoyment of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner had approached this Court by way of a Civil Revision Petition.

3. Heard Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The case status which has been sent to this Court from the trial Court would indicate that the suit is pending for written statement of D.3 to D.9 and additional written statement of D.2. In the meanwhile, R.1 had passed away and the application for bringing on record his L.Rs in I.A.No.1345 of 2021 was filed in which the revision petitioner herein has 2/4

filed a counter. Notice to R.10 is also awaited.

5. At this juncture, this Court cannot give a direction to the Principal District Munsif, Gingee for an early disposal of the suit and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. 14/2/2025 mvs.
