This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition reporting of the petitioner before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24903 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 22 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24903 of 2024 on 14.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
