This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report, by this Court in Crl.MP.No.16808 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
