The applicant herein had instead of depositing the amount of Rs.25,000/- into the account of the Reserve Bank of India for grant of Succession Certificate had paid a Court fee for Rs.36,220/- and now seeking a prayer to this Court to accept the Court fee paid towards Succession Duty.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to treat the Court fee paid by the petitioner towards the Succession Duty.
