Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relevant to the order in TIIC:HSR:FU:2016-2017 dated 03.01.2017 passed by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against the Principles of Natural
Justice and thereby direct the respondents to furnish the true and correct statement of accounts in respect of Loan Amount Nos.84T1156, 84B0394 and 84T1167 for the loan availed by the petitioner from the respondents corporation and regularize the period of repayment of loan amount by the petitioner as per the loan sanctioned letter dated 03.01.2022.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Mr.K.Magesh, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that against the possession notice, the petitioner had preferred an appeal in A.No.257 of 2022 against the auction notice before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-2, Chennai and that the conditional order came to be passed which has been complied by the petitioner. He would further submits that this writ petition has become infructuous.
2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
