The present petition has been filed seeking to implead the Indian Nursing Council at New Delhi and Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council at Chennai as further respondents namely, 2nd and 3rd respondents to the Writ Petition.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is seen that to examine the averments in the Writ Petition and grant complete relief, the two proposed respondents are required to be heard. It is also stated that the 1st respondent has also taken a stand that the proposed respondents will also have a role in the process of recognition, approval and affiliation. 3.In view of the facts stated, I would allow this petition. Let the Registry to carry out necessary amendment in the Writ Petition showing the additional respondents namely, Indian Nursing Council and Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council as respondents 2 and 3 to the Writ Petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4.Mr.B.Deepak Neraya, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. So far as the 3rd respondent is concerned, let the learned counsel for the petitioner serve Mr.A.R.Nixon, who is the Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.

5.Let the records be exchanged. List the matter again on 31.01.2023 for advancing arguments. Prior to that date, if any counter is filed, let advance copy be served on respective counsel. Consequent to impleading of the aforementioned respondents, the relief sought will also have to be wordily amended seeking relief against the proposed respondents. The Registry may also carry out amendment on the relief sought for in the Writ Petition stated in the W.M.P.No.34000 of 2022. List the matter again on 31.01.2023.
