nv revisions. The first order was passed on 01.08.2024 in a challenge made to the order in M.P. No. 536 of 2023 and the second order was passed on 04.06.2025 in a challenge made to the order in M.P. No. 1811 of 2024 wherein warrant was issued for failure to pay maintenance. 3.

Therefore, the Trial Court is granted further time of six months finally to dispose of M.C. No. 508 of 2022 and no further request for extension of time would be entertained.
