The said application has been filed seeking to amend the short cause title, long cause title, tabular column and Form 1 in the main Original Petition.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown.

3. Accordingly, (PT) A No.8 of 2024 in OP (PT) No.4 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.

4. Learned counsel for petitioners is directed to carry out necessary amendment in terms of this order.

Post the matter on 02.01.2025.
