ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) It is now represented before us that the respondent had taken action pursuant to the direction of this Court. On perusal of the typedset of documents filed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, it is seen that notices dated 11.10.2023, 09.01.2024, 19.02.2024 and 12.03.2024 have been issued to one Yamunarani, the second respondent in the writ petition, who has put up unlawful construction, as complained by the petitioner.

2. Though the second respondent in the writ petition has not been arrayed as a party in this contempt petition, the learned counsel representing the second respondent submitted that the action of the respondent is under challenge before the Government.

3. In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on the maintainability or the scope of the petition stated to have been filed by the

second respondent in the writ petition before the Government, this contempt petition stands closed with the liberty preserved to the respondent to pursue the enforcement action as per law depending upon the outcome of revision before Government.
