This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order in Crl.M.P.No.3658 of 2022 in C.C.No.145 of 2022, dated 29.08.2022 passed by the learned Special Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavits are accepted and the delay of 19 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.
