When the case was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that case in Crime No.42 of 2023 has been closed as mistake of fact and final report is filed on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Viruthachalam in e-filing No.LTN20220001944C202500841. He would further submit that the police will serve the RCS notice to the petitioner.
