ORDER
The Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 30.11.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1487 of 2022 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District, Chengalpet.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the vehicle claimed by the petitioner was handed over to the competent authority on 05.12.2022 for conducting confiscation proceeding. It has been numbered as Na.Ka.No.3636 of 2022 and the same is pending before the competent authority.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the competent authority has not passed any order and not received any notice regarding confiscation proceedings.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate
(Crl.Side), this Criminal Revision Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent authority with regard to return of vehicle. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
