The government order issued under G.O.Ms.No.452, Home Department dated 18.05.2017, passed under TNPID Act is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2.The issues have to be adjudicated before the Special Court constituted under the TNPID Act and therefore, this Court need not entertain the writ petition for adjudication of the disputed facts between the parties.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the issues are settled, however, the petition before the Special Court is pending. That being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Special Court constituted under the TNPID Act if any grievance exist.
