This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 17654 of 2024 on 01.08.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified. The petitioner is ordered to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.62 of 2024, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
