O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a restraint against the respondents from putting up Mini Water Tank by blocking the pathway of the house of the petitioner at Pillaiyar Koil Street, V.Pagandai Village, Vikravandi in Villupuram District. The petitioner had given a representation on 29.10.2024.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the petitioner is residing at Survey No.129/3, V.Pagandai Village, Vikravandi in Villupuram District. The house site measures 11.5 cents. It had been stated that 2 / 4

the respondents had proposed to put a Mini Water Tank infront of the house of the petitioner affecting free ingress and egress. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader was requested to get instructions.

4.According to him, after examining the entire issue the Mini Water Tank has now been shifted 15 feet from the original location and away from the house of the petitioner. This would give the petitioner ingress and egress. Placing a direction on the respondents not to once again shift the Mini Water Tank but to put it up only in the newly located place, the writ petition stands disposed of . 5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
