This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13582 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14969 of 2023 dated 31.08.2023 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
