This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent herein to grant permanent registration to the petitioners herein by considering their application Numbers: 20250419-6913, 202505149684, 20250422-3529, 20250516-8219, 20250421-7258 & 202504176100 respectively, as they are eligible under Rule 4 of National Medical Commission(Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate) Regulations, 2021. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused all the materials placed before this Court. 2/4

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioners for seeking permanent registration of the petitioners with the second respondent, if they are eligible as per the circulars issued by the first respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
