ORDER

Heard Ms.Radhagopalan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Tamilvanan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

The learned Government Advocate, on instructions from the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the petitioner is no longer carrying on business under the name of M/s.Rasathi Wines and she has transferred her licence. Similarly, it is stated that the third respondent Govindaraj has also parted away his licence and a new licensee has owned the premises and is not proposed to shift the shop to any other place. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
