ORDER
This petition is filed seeking to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 06.11.2022 made by the petitioner to the respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint against one Ayyamuthu and six others on the allegation that the accused had abused him in filthy language due to some civil dispute between himself and the accused; but so far no action has been taken.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, current paper enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R. No.467 of 2022 and the same is pending.
4. Since C.S.R. number has been assigned as early as on 06.11.2022, I feel it is appropriate to direct the respondent police to complete the enquiry within a stipulated period.
5. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is disposed with a
direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and do the needful within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
