Respondents Prayer: The Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur to expedite the trial in DVC No.34 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and dispose the same within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur to expedite the trial in DVC No.34 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and dispose the same within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.On perusal of the case diary, it is noticed that this case is pending from the year 2019 and petition for interim maintenance is also pending and it is a family dispute between the parties. On verification through e-filing, the total pendency of the trial Court is 74. Considering the total pendency and also the case diary and nature of the proceedings in this type of cases, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur to dispose the case within a period three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity to both the parties.

6.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
