This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 5th Respondent to disburse the bill amount of Rs.31,21,583/- (Rupees thirty one lakh twenty one thousand five hundred and eight three only) for the civil work done by the Petitioner, under PMAGY (Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yosana) Scheme at Valangaiman Panchayat Union.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of R1 to R4 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of R5.

3.Learned Government Advocate has produced the proceedings of the Block Development Officer, Valangaiman in Na.Ka.No.3143/2004/A1, dated 15.03.2023 stating that the amount has been paid by way of cheque bearing No.092011, dated 17.03.2023, to the Petitioner as per the order of this Court dated 06.03.2023.

4.Since the earlier order passed by this Court on 06.03.2023 is complied with and no further order is necessary in this proceeding, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
