This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Inspector of Police, PEW Nagapattinam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28141 of 2022 dated 22.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and also the fact that the petitioner has 13 previous cases and the charge sheet has also been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
