ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1239 days in fling Criminal Revision against the judgement, conviction passed by the Honble Additional District Sessions Court, Chengalpattu in C.A.No.97 of 2007 on 12.01.2022 confirming the Judgment of conviction and sentence passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II Chengalpattu in C.C.No.80 of 2004 dated 27.07.2007.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1239 days is condoned with the condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs. 2,000/- within a period of one weeks. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
