This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking directions to third respondent to delete his name from the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the petitioner based on the proceedings bearing C.No.510/DCP5801/CBE CITY /2022 dated 17.09.2022 with regard to petitioner's passport No.Z2264420.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, on an earlier occasion, the petitioner had filed a petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16895 of 2022 seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent to withdraw the Look Out Circular issued against him, for which, this Court on 08.08.2022, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner on 17.09.2020 was withdrawn as the custody of the petitioner is no longer required and directed the respondent police to send the communication to the concerned authority by registered post.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, in compliance of the order of this Court, on 22.04.2022, the 2nd respondent sent a communication to the 3rd respondent, however, so far no action has been taken.

4. Heard the submissions. In the light of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16895 of 2022 that the Look Out Notice issued on 17.09.2020 is withdrawn as the custody of the petitioner is no longer is required, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders to delete the petitioner's name from the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner based on the proceedings bearing C.No.510/DCP5801/CBE CITY /2022 dated 17.09.2022 with regard to petitioner's passport No.Z2264420.

5. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
