O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to compute the regular pension scheme to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

It is the case of the petitioner that she was working in the Mettur Municipality and she retired in the post of Revenue Assistant on 30.09.2003.

Proceedings were initiated before the concerned authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, in order to get her gratuity benefits and only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

after the orders were passed by this Court in WP No.26306 of 2018 dated 24.10.2018, the gratuity benefits of the petitioner were disbursed to her.

The petitioner has been knocking the doors of the 1st respondent in order to get her regular pension and since, the same has not been granted till date, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent, giving all the details and seek for computing the regular pension, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The 1st respondent on receipt of the said representation, shall consider and pass orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
