This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.28456 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to financial difficulties, she was unable to comply the condition imposed on the petitioner and thereby, she seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, Chennai A/c.No.484077244, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, IFSC Code- IDIB000M157.
