This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24485 of 2024 on 03.10.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Cases, Chennai on all working days at 10.30.a.m., until further orders

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 24485 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Cases, Chennai on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
