ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months without fail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No. 17089 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024 is modified, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 23.07.2024 in Crl.O.P. No.17089 of 2024 shall remain unaltered. Page No.2 of 4

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered, and the condition is modified.
