Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in the impugned letter No.C3(S)/10600/2016 dated 18.05.2017 on the file of the second respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to revise the charges as mentioned in the impugned letter dated 18.5.2017, based upon the representations of the petitioner dated 7.6.2017 and 29.6.2017 and in consonance with Section 60 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 and the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning (Levy of Infrastructure and Amenities Charges) Rules, 2008.
