Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to amend the petitioner name as Mr.Sardar @ A.Mohamed Sardar instead of Mr.A.Mohamed Sardar and offence as Section 294(b), 323, 324, 352, 506(2), 307 of IPC instead of Section 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2), 307 of IPC, and the same was ordered.

2. Two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
