ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the appeal dated 12.12.2019 filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate order on merits and also to direct the 1st respondent to consider the application for compounding dated 16.04.2018.

2. At the outset it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the appeal that is filed with acknowledgment No.271294680121219 dated 12.12.2019 would be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law. Similarly, the compounding application dated 16.04.2018 would also be considered and orders would be passed in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the 2/5

date of receipt of a copy of this order, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
