ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The Writ of Mandamus has been instituted for directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 06.08.2024 seeking permission / rectification towards linkage between A Block and B Block as per planning permission.

With reference to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 06.08.2024, the learned Additional Government Pleader furnished a copy of the proceedings dated 02.12.2024 that the said representation of the petitioner has already disposed of by the Competent Authority.

Thus, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, are closed.
