This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 27775 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. 1/3

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.27775 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. for the period of three months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
