This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 30.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.29466 of 2022 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of whom, one surety should be a blood related surety and should produce document to show his/her means each for a like sum.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29466 of 2022 on 30.11.2022 with a condition the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of whom, one should be a blood related surety and should produce the document to show his means. He would submit that the petitioner is ready to produce blood relatives, but he is not having any document to produce to show his means for Rs.25,000/- and thereby, the petitioner was unable to furnish the sureties before this Court and thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
