grove comprised in S.Nos.5/2 and 5/3 of Oodaiyam Village, cattle shed in S.No.290/1 and for his domestic usage in he house constructed in S.NBo.225 of Velampalayam Village, Tirupur District by considering his representation dated 04.05.2017.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents and their subordinates from in any way interfering with the petitioner's right to transport water through his tractor bearing No.TN 60 Z 8404 from the borewell installed in S.No.392 of Chinna Muthur Village, Tirupur District, to his own coconut grove comprised in S.Nos.5/2 and 5/3 of Oodaiyam Village, cattle shed in S.No.290/1 and for his domestic usage in he house constructed in S.NBo.225 of Velampalayam Village, Tirupur District by considering his representation dated 04.05.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing 2/4

for the petitioner submitted that the land itself has been sold to the third party and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 26.10.2022 vrc To,
