This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15791 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16780 of 2022 on 09.11.2022 to report before the Trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10:30 a.m until further orders

2. On perusal of records it is found that this Court has already relaxed the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15791 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16780 of 2022 on 09.11.2022 and the petitioner is seeking further relaxation. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and this petition is dismissed. However the petitioner is directed to comply with the earlier order passed by this Court for a period of another four months.
