This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 203 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the decree and judgment dated 08.12.2021 made in M.C.O.P.No.4362 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes), Chennai.

2.Ms.N.B.Surekha, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and that he has no serious objections in allowing the above application.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the fact that 1st respondent has no serious objections in allowing the present petition, and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.
